Donald Sterling reportedly screamed at his girlfriend -- is that what she is? -- V. Stiviano just minutes before she sat down with Barbara Walters on Friday and said she was Sterling's "silly rabbit."

V is for Vhat the hell is she talking about?

Sterling was initially supposed to appear on the 20/20 interview -- at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles -- as well, but canceled at the last minute.

The New York Daily News reported that a guest, who supposedly was on the elevator that afternoon with the 81-year-old Los Angeles Clippers owner and Stiviano, witnessed Sterling screaming at her.

"He's screaming at her in the elevator, 'You're a media whore!' She sat there quiet and didn't say a word," the witness said. "Then he looks at her and says, 'Get off this (expletive) elevator! Get off this elevator and shut the (expletive) up!'"

Stiviano then apparently pushed a random button and got off the elevator on the 15th floor.

As you know, a tape of Sterling criticizing Stiviano for being photographed with African-Americans and bringing them to Clippers games was released last month. Sterling has since been banned for life by the NBA.

The witness told the Daily News that Sterling continued ranting to a male friend, who appeared to be on his legal team.

"He was yelling, 'She's (expletive) crazy! I can't deal with her! She's nuts!" said the source.

Right. She's the crazy one.

Sterling then reportedly rode the elevator to the lobby and stormed out of the hotel.

Not long afterward, Stiviano was sitting down with Walters to talk about her "father figure" in a positive light.

Stiviano told Walters she doesn't believe her much older -- whatever he is -- is really a racist. "I think he feels very alone, not truly supported by those around him. Tormented, emotionally traumatized," she said, adding that he should "absolutely" apologize to those he offended.

Too late.

"I think he can't even believe or understand the things he says, and I think he's hurt by it. He's hurting right now."

Boo hoo.

Stiviano said she was Sterling's personal assistant, describing herself as his "right-hand man, his wingman ... his silly rabbit."

Silly is right.
