Meanwhile, Roy (Colton Hayes) and Thea (Willa Holland) try to decide if they have a future together.

  • "American Idol" (8 p.m., Fox): Break out the Kleenex. It's homecoming night on the singing contest as the Top 3 finalists -- Alex Preston, Caleb Johnson and Jena Irene -- are reunited with friends and family. But there's still a lot of work to be done as they eye next week's final and one of them will have to be eliminated.

  • "Modern Family" (9 p.m., ABC): Do you hear wedding bells? Mitchell and Cameron's (Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet) big day is finally here. But we suspect their walk down the aisle won't go off without a hitch.
