SAN JOSE -- A 13-year-old girl who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression is missing, police said Tuesday.

Cyana O'Donnel, who also goes by "Nana," ran away Monday night from her home on the 2900 block of Davis Avenue, according to San Jose police. She was last seen wearing a turquoise sweater, blue jean shorts and shiny, gold flats.

Cyana is 5 feet 4 inches tall, roughly 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a birthmark on the left side of her face near her temple.

Cyana is considered at-risk, police said, because she needs to take medication prescribed to her for her disorder.-
