SAN JOSE -- A pair of shootings in on Friday left two people injured.

The first incident took place around 1:30 a.m. at the light-rail stop at the corner of 2nd and E. San Fernando streets in downtown San Jose, according to police Sgt. Heather Randol. The victim was shot at least once, but the injury was not considered life threatening, Randol said. The police did not release any details about the adult male victim, nor the location of the gunshot wounds.

Police have not arrested anyone in connection with the shooting.

Authorities also have not arrested anyone in connection with the second shooting, which took place at 9:49 p.m on the 3200 block of Rocky Mountain Dr. in eastern San Jose. In that incident, the victim was an adult male. Randol didn't know the severity of the victim's injuries, but he was taken to an unnamed local hospital.
