SAN JOSE -- Firefighters are working to contain a two-alarm apartment fire Monday in the foothills of San Jose, officials said.

The fire, in the 3200 block of Shadow Park Place, broke out shortly after 4:30 p.m., fire officials tweeted.

According to a fire dispatcher, there are no reports of injuries, but as of 5 p.m. crews were still working to contain the blaze.

The cause of the fire is not known.
