The legal fight over Casey Kasem is far from over.

More than a month after the legendary radio personality's death, daughter Kerri Kasem is seeking an autopsy and TMZ is reporting that family sources say Jean Kasem has removed her late husband's body from the funeral home.

The latest chapter in the Kasem drama started Wednesday when a Washington state judge granted Kerri Kasem a temporary restraining order blocking Jean Kasem from cremating or removing her husband's remains from the funeral home. Kerri sought the restraining order in a bid to have an autopsy performed on her father, who suffered from Lewy body dementia before his death.

Kasem's three adult children from his first wife waged a battle with Jean Kasem over control of their father's medical care during his final months. TMZ reports that Santa Monica police are investigating Jean Kasem for allegations of elder abuse, which included her transporting him across multiple states, resulting in bed sores that became infected.

TMZ also reports that a day before the judge issued the temporary restraining order, Jean Kasem allegedly has his body moved to a secret location.

Calls to Jean Kasem's attorney Friday morning were not returned, CBS reports.

A hearing on the autopsy petition is scheduled for July 25.
