Adventurous music fans will want to check out the 13th annual Outsound New Music Summit.

The festival features noise art, underground jazz, experimental music, spoken music and poetry, workshops and a music gear expo. It runs through Aug. 2 at the Community Music Center at 544 Capp St. in San Francisco. Tickets are now on sale at brownpapertickets.com. For more information, visit www.outsound.org/summit.
