Oakley police are asking for the public's help identifying a person of interest in two cases of suspected identity theft at an ATM, police said.

Melissa Thorndike of Antioch is raising funds to build Enchanted Stables, a program to help developmentally disabled and at-risk youth. The program will offer students the chance to learn about horses, how to handle them and to how to ride them.
