Lake Tahoe cycling feat

Boy Scouts from Antioch's Troop 153 completed a 79-mile ride around Lake Tahoe on July 28. The troop completed three bikes rides on its four-day trip, including a 10-mile preview ride, along with 40-mile and 39-mile treks along the lake, with total elevation gains reaching as much as 2,710 feet. Those completing the around-the-lake trek included leaders Mike Kean, Lawrence Aghily, Harvey Correia, parents Gary Churchill and Courtney Reich, and Scouts Lucas McDonald, Siddharth Pal, Nicholas McDonald, Spencer Reich, Nicolas Gutierrez, Ryley Palmer, Dean Churchill and Travis Bartlett.
