Christmas tree pickup next week

Allied Waste Services will collect Christmas trees during the week of Jan. 14 on regular collection days in Lamorinda. Pickup for each neighborhood will be on the same day as regular garbage service but by a separate truck.

Remove lights, ornaments, tinsel and trimmings from branches before placing at curbside, and leave trees at curbside. Cut in half all trees that are 10 feet or taller in height.
