Events

  • Orinda Action Day -- 9 a.m. April 20. Projects are taking place on the Theatre Square and Village sides of town, at the schools, and at the creeks. Many projects are kid friendly and we're especially looking for scout troops to participate. It's also a good way for students to fulfill volunteer hours required by their schools. The event begins with registration (drop-ins welcome, too) at the Library Plaza and check in with project leader and group. Enjoy fresh fruit, bagels and coffee, get a free T-shirt (while supplies last) and come back for pizza when your project is finished (by 11:30-noon.). 26 Orinda Way, Orinda. www.orindafoundation.org.
