  • Burglary: At 11:35 a.m., a burglary was reported from a residence in the 100 block of Knox Drive.

  • Theft: Identity theft was reported at 12:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of Martino Road.

  • Petty theft: At 3:24 p.m., petty theft was reported in the 1100 block of Martino Road.

  • Missing juvenile: A juvenile was reported missing at 5:11 p.m. in the 3500 block of Mt. Diablo Boulevard.

    Moraga

    The following excerpts are from the Moraga police log:

    Tuesday, jan. 29

  • commercial burglary: Tennis equipment was stolen from an office at St. Mary's College.

  • vandalism: A pile of wood chips was dumped at a church in the 100 block of Moraga Road. A witness saw a truck that ran over the church's shrubbery, causing damage and then got stuck.

    Wednesday, jan. 30

  • traffic incident: A driver reported that she dozed off briefly and drove forward into a vehicle parked at the curb (unoccupied) in the 300 block of Moraga Road. There was major damage to both vehicles. The estimated damage to both vehicles is approximately $25,000.

    Monday, Feb. 4

  • residential burglary: The front door of a house in the 1000 block of Larch Ave. was forced open when the resident wasn't home. When she returned she discovered jewelry, bank information and her passport was missing.

  • residential burglary: A side garage door was kicked in at a house in the 200 block of Calle La Mesa. The interior garage door was forced open. Several items were reported missing. A white sedan with a rear spoiler (possibly a BMW) was seen in the driveway during the time of the burglary.
