Raiders fullback Marcel Reece was added to the Pro Bowl on Sunday while nine 49ers were subtracted.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin, an Oakland native, replaces Frank Gore, who scored two touchdowns as the 49ers reached the Super Bowl with a 28-24 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship game.
The Pro Bowl will be played Sunday in Honolulu a week before the Super Bowl.
Washington Redskins linebackers London Fletcher and Ryan Kerrigan will replace the 49ers' Patrick Willis and Aldon Smith, Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington will replace NaVorro Bowman, and Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will fill in for Justin Smith.
The NFC also will need to replace 49ers offensive linemen Joe Staley and Mike Iupati, and safeties Dashon Goldson and Donte Whitner.
Reece is replacing fullback Vonta Leach, one of six Baltimore Ravens who won't be going to the Pro Bowl after beating the New England Patriots.
The others are running back Ray Rice, guard Marshal Yanda, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, safety Ed Reed and kick returner Jacoby Jones.
Reece had 59 carries for 271 yards and caught 52 passes this past season.
Kelly was hired Wednesday.
Former Cleveland Browns coach Pat Shurmer is expected to become Kelly's offensive coordinator.
