Carlos Emory scored 20 points, Johnathan Loyd added 19 and Oregon pulled away from No. 21 UCLA 78-69 to win the Pac-12 tournament championship Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Oregon (26-8) shook off a shaky start with superb perimeter shooting, pulling away in the second half after the Bruins made a run.

Arsalan Kazemi had 12 points and 12 rebounds, and the Ducks hit 7 of 14 from 3-point range to win their third Pac-12 tournament title.

UCLA (25-9) was without freshman Jordan Adams, who broke his right foot Friday in the semifinals against Arizona.

Wisconsin 68, Indiana 56: Ryan Evans scored 16 points to help the No. 22 Badgers upset the No. 3 Hoosiers in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament in Chicago. Wisconsin (23-10) allowed only seven points after top-seeded Indiana (27-6) pulled within one with 9:45 left.

Ohio State 61, Michigan State 58: Aaron Craft came on strong in the second half to finish with 20 points and lead the No. 10 Buckeyes (25-7) past the No. 8 Spartans (25-8) in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament.

Miami 81, N.C. State 71: Durand Scott scored a career-high 32 points to help the No. 9 Hurricanes (26-6) beat the Wolfpack (24-10) in the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament semifinals in Greensboro, N.C. Shane Larkin added 23 for Miami, which will face North Carolina in the final.

Kansas 70, Kansas State 54: Jeff Withey had 17 points and nine rebounds, and the seventh-ranked Jayhawks pounded the No. 11 Wildcats in Kansas City, Mo., to win their ninth Big 12 tournament championship. Kansas (29-5) beat Kansas State (27-7) for the third time this season and the 47th time in their past 50 meetings.

Florida 61, Alabama 51: Kenny Boynton scored 11 straight points during a 15-0 second-half run and the No. 13 Gators overcame a 10-point, second-half deficit to beat the Crimson Tide (21-12) in the Southeastern Conference tournament semifinals in Nashville, Tenn. Florida (26-6) advances to the Sunday final against Mississippi.

New Mexico 63, UNLV 56: Tony Snell scored 13 straight points for New Mexico during a second-half run, and the No. 15 Lobos (29-5) pulled away late to win the Mountain West tournament title.

Louisville 78, Syracuse 61: Peyton Siva had 11 points and eight assists to lead the No. 4 Cardinals past the No. 19 Orange (26-9) in Madison Square Garden, giving Louisville (29-5) its second straight Big East tournament title.

Memphis 91, Southern Miss 79: Chris Crawford scored 23 points, including the go-ahead 3-pointer in double overtime, and the No. 20 Tigers (30-4) won their seventh Conference USA tournament title in the past eight years.

VCU 71, UMass 62: Troy Daniels made six 3-pointers to score 20 points, and the No. 25 Rams won in New York to advance to the Atlantic 10 tournament title game. VCU (26-7) will face top-seeded Saint Louis on Sunday.

Montana 67, Weber State 64: Kareem Jamar scored 20 points, Oakland's Will Cherry had 18 and the Grizzlies held off the Wildcats in Missoula, Mont., to win the Big Sky tournament title for the second consecutive year. Cherry's 3-pointer extended Montana's lead to 62-57 with 46 seconds to go

Northwestern: Coach Bill Carmody was fired after compiling a 192-210 record in 13 seasons.
