RICHMOND -- The West Contra Costa school district invites the community to weigh in on its draft strategic plan in the next month, before trustees adopt it in October.
The district will hold two community meetings and is also accepting written comments on the plan, which is expected to guide priorities over the next five years.
The first community meeting is Aug. 28, 6:30-8 p.m., in the El Cerrito High multipurpose room, 540 Ashbury Ave., El Cerrito. The second meeting is Sept. 9, 6:30-8 p.m., in the Collins Elementary multipurpose room, 1224 Pinole Valley Road, Pinole.
