The following calls were among those handled by the Pittsburg police July 1-7 according to information provided by the Police Department. Police did not provide the week's remaining calls-for-service in time for deadline.

July 1

  • Drugs: An arrest was made on Harbor Boulevard in front of Small World Park for suspected narcotics possession.

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred in the 1800 block of Ventura Drive.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 2400 block of North Park Boulevard for the report of a robbery.

    July 2

  • Burglary: A commercial building in the 2200 block of Golf Club Road was burglarized.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 100 block of San Marcos Drive.

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested in 3700 block of Harbor Street for suspected drug possession.

    July 3

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Harbor Street and Stoneman Avenue.

  • Warrant: Someone was arrested in the 4400 block of East Sixth Street and Railroad Avenue for an outstanding warrant.

  • Burglary: A residence in the 1600 block of Limewood Place was burglarized.

  • Battery: Officers responded to the 1000 block of Jensen Circle for a report of battery.

  • Burglary: A residence in the 600 block of Carpino Avenue was burglarized.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from 200 block of East Third Street.

  • Interference: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of Addison Court for interfering with the duties of a police officer.

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on California Avenue and Harbor Street.

  • Robbery: Officers responded to the 3300 block of Cecilia Way for the report of a robbery.

    July 7

  • Accident: A misdemeanor hit-and-run accident occurred in the 4500 block of Delta Gateway Boulevard.

  • Shots fired: Officers responded to Garcia Avenue and Harbor Street for the report of shots fired into an occupied dwelling.

  • Assault: Someone was arrested in the 700 block of Black Diamond Street for assault with a deadly weapon.
