The following calls were among those handled by the Pittsburg Police police July 29-Aug. 4, according to information provided by the Police Department. Police did not provide the week's remaining calls-for-service in time for deadline.

July 29

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested on Hanlon Way and Loftus Road for suspected drug possession.

  • Accident: At hit-and-run misdemeanor accident occurred on Carpino Avenue and Vincent Street.

  • Stolen property: Someone was arrested in the 4000 block of Harbor Street for receiving stolen property.

    July 30

  • Trespass: Someone was arrested in the 2100 block of Loveridge Road for trespassing.

  • Burglary: A residence in the 100 block of Alvarado Avenue was burglarized.

  • Failure to obey: Someone was arrested on Bailey Road for failure to obey a police officer.

    July 31

  • Accident: A vehicle accident with property damage occurred in the 200 block of East 15th Street.

  • Warrant: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of Eola Street for an outstanding warrant.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 1000 block of Power Avenue.

  • Recovery: Officers recovered a

  • Drugs: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of West Boulevard for suspected drug possession.

  • Robbery: An armed robbery occurred in the 2400 block of Via Puerta Drive.

    Aug. 2

  • DUI: Someone was arrested on West Leland Road and San Marco Boulevard for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Weapon: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of Loveridge Circle for brandishing a weapon.

  • Stolen vehicle: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 100 block of Orinda Circle.

    Aug. 3

  • Weapon: Someone was arrested for possession of an unlawful weapon on West 17th and Montezuma streets.

  • Violation: Someone was arrested in the 100 block of Meadowbrook Avenue for violation of a court order.

  • Battery: Officers responded to Kingsly and Suzanne drives for a report of battery.

    Aug. 4

  • Shots fired: Officers responded to East 15th and North streets for the report of shots fired into an occupied dwelling.

  • Assault: Someone was arrested in the 400 block of West 18th Street for an assault with a deadly weapon.

  • Weapon: Someone was arrested in the 2200 block of Loveridge Road for brandishing a weapon.
