Allen among College Park HOF inductees

One of the most accomplished cross country and track and field runners in East Bay history, Lindsay Allen (pictured) will be one of the honorees when the College Park High Hall of Fame inducts its sixth class at a dinner and ceremony on Aug. 25 at St. Andrews Community Center. Allen will be joined by swimmers Cal and Jim Percy, three-sport star Bobby Glover, the 2003-04 cross country team, longtime coach Bill Kepler and Dawn Block, who will receive a special achievement award. The award ceremony and dinner is open to the public, and is $50 per person. The event begins at 5 p.m., with dinner served at 6:30.
