THURSDAY, AUG. 15 ASSAULT -- At 6:16 a.m., a caller from a business in the 1900 block of Contra Costa Boulevard reported that a man was creating a disturbance. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE -- A caller reported three horses grazing by the side of the canal trail near Westover Drive at 9:26 p.m. THEFT -- A bicycle was reported stolen from the 200 block of Camelback Road at 10:07 a.m.
FRIDAY, AUG. 16 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE -- At 5:44 p.m., a caller from a business in the 1700 block of Contra Costa Boulevard reported that a transient woman was in a parking lot with three horses and that she threw something at one of them. THEFT -- At 6:28 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at a business in the 500 block of Contra Costa Boulevard. BURGLARY AUTO -- At 7:30 p.m., a caller reported that a vehicle in the 3200 block of Buskirk Avenue was burglarized.
SATURDAY, AUG. 17 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE -- At 12:04 a.m., a caller reported that juveniles were taking construction cones from the area near Geary and Pleasant Hill roads. DUI -- A 43-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:42 a.m. in the 1000 block of Sunvalley Boulevard. DUI -- At 1:53 a.m., a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence near Jewell Lane and West Hookston Road. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF -- At 2:45 a.m., a caller from a business in the 1900 block of Contra Costa Boulevard reported that a man broke a door. THEFT -- Theft from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Hardy Circle was reported at 8:44 a.m. BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- At 2:54 p.m., a caller reported that a residence in the 300 block of Rockcreek Way was burglarized. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF -- At 3:18 p.m., a caller reported that a window of a vehicle in the 200 block of Boyd Road was broken.
SUNDAY, AUG. 18 AUTO THEFT -- At 2:17 p.m., a caller reported theft of a vehicle from the first block of Crescent Drive. BURGLARY BUSINESS -- At 2:50 p.m., a caller from a business in the 100 block of Crescent Plaza reported that a woman was being detained on suspicion of stealing more than $130 worth of merchandise. THEFT -- At 3:38 p.m., a caller reported theft of couches from a garage in the 200 block of Camelback Road.
MONDAY, AUG. 19 BURGLARY AUTO -- At 6:56 p.m., a caller reported that four vehicles in a school parking lot in the 200 block of Boyd Road were burglarized.
TUESDAY, AUG. 20 NARCOTICS -- At 6:34 a.m., a 35-year-old man was arrested near Gregory Lane and Kahrs Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, theft with priors, and a felony warrant, and was booked into County Jail. AUTO THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen from Viking and Norse drives at 12:52 p.m. BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- Items were reported stolen from a locked garage in the 700 block of Rockcreek Place at 6:07 p.m. BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- A residence in the 100 block of Flame Drive was reported burglarized at 6:13 p.m. AUTO THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen from Sean Court and Norse Drive at 7:29 p.m.
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF -- At 9:12 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle in the first block of Halten Court was vandalized. ATTEMPTED THEFT -- At 5:06 p.m., a caller reported that a woman entered a garage in the 100 block of Hubbard Avenue and attempted to steal a bicycle.
