Mother Goose Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays through April 15. There will be stories and songs, followed by a simple craft time. Best for ages 6 months-3 years old.
D-I-Y Tuesday -- Build a Lego Leprechaun: 3:30-4:30 p.m. March 11. Lego sculptor Charles Esseltine will lead the free workshop on making a leprechaun or other wild Irish creature for St. Patrick's Day. Legos are provided.
Wii Wednesdays: 2:30-4 p.m. March 5. Middle school students and teens can join their friends for Wii games and snacks.
An Evening of Irish/Celtic Music and Dance: 6:30-7:30 p.m. March 10. Jason Pollack and Friends will perform a variety of Irish/Celtic traditional music and dance for the entire family. At intermission, children, will be invited to create a holiday craft.
Techno Jewelry: 3-4:30 p.m. March 12. Teens are invited to take apart and break down computer towers to their components to create funky jewelry.

Afternoon Story Time: 1:15-1:45 p.m. Fridays. There will be songs, movement and simple stories to introduce children ages 0-5 to literacy.
Lego Creators Club: 2-3 p.m. Saturdays. Kids ages 5-11 can let their imaginations run wild at the weekly get-together.
Wii Wednesdays for Teens: 3-4:30 p.m. March. 5. Teens are invited meet others and play games on the library's Wii system.
Pleasant Hill Teen Advisory Group (TAG): 3:30-5 p.m. March 12. Teens ages 13-18 can meet other teens and the young adult librarian every second Wednesday of the month in Room A to create fun programs and suggest new resources.
Covered CA -- One-on-one Affordable Care Act Enrollment Assistance: 5-8 p.m. March 11. Covered California enrollment counselors explain health coverage options and help participants select a plan. Assistance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must bring current income of all family members on the application (tax return, W-2, recent pay stubs, etc.), legal resident card or naturalized citizenship certificate (if applicable); copy of U.S. citizenship and residency status; and a copy of the Social Security number and date of birth for each family member in the household.
Let's Talk About It: Muslim Journeys Discussion Series -- Ornament of the World: 6-7:30 p.m. March 4. High school students and adults are invited to the reading and discussion, led by Dr. Hatem Bazian, to foster opportunities for informed conversation about the histories, faith and cultures of Muslims around the world and in the United States. The program, by Maria Rosa Menocal, will be held at the Pleasant Hill Senior Center, 233 Gregory Lane.

Afternoon Book Discussion: 1-2:30 p.m. March 7. Adults can read with others at the library. Discussion this month is on "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil: a Savannah Story," by John Berendt.
Volunteer Orientation: 3-4 p.m. March 1. Teens and adults can learn to be a library volunteer during a tour the branch with a staff member.
