  • THEFT -- A FasTrak device and a knife were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Southwind Drive at 8:49 a.m.

  • THEFT -- Theft of a cell phone from a cab in the 1400 block of Contra Costa Boulevard was reported at 2:46 p.m.

  • BURGLARY AUTO -- A vehicle in the 600 block of Old Quarry Road was reported burglarized at 3:05 p.m.

  • THEFT -- Theft of merchandise from a business in the 700 block of Contra Costa Boulevard was reported at 5:39 p.m.

    FRIDAY, FEB. 21

  • MISCELLANEOUS DISTURBANCE -- At 9:23 a.m., a caller from a business in the 500 block of Contra Costa Boulevard reported that three men were fighting.

  • THEFT -- A bike was reported stolen from the 1900 block of Contra Costa Boulevard at 1:47 p.m.

  • MISCELLANEOUS DISTURBANCE -- A caller reported that juveniles were fighting in the 1700 block of Oak Park Boulevard at 2:56 p.m.

  • NARCOTICS -- At 5:20 p.m., a 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at West Hookston Road and Jewell Lane.

  • AUTO THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen from the first block of Matisse Court at 10:12 p.m.

    SATURDAY, FEB. 22

  • BURGLARY AUTO -- Two vehicles in the first block of Santa Barbara Road were reported burglarized at 7:40 a.m.

  • BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- At 12:50 p.m., a caller reported that a glass door of a residence in the first block of Barton Court was kicked in.

  • ASSAULT -- At 5:12 p.m., a caller reported that two men assaulted another man following a collision at Woodsworth Lane and Contra Costa Boulevard.

  • PUBLIC INTOXICATION -- At 7:25 p.m., a 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and booked into County Jail after a caller reported he was shouting obscenities at passers-by and acting strangely.

  • BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- At 8:36 p.m., a caller from the 1600 block of Barnett Circle reported returning home to find that a screen was removed and a window was open.

  • SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES -- At 11:01 p.m., a caller reported that 100 to 200 juveniles were in the area of Belinda and Sherman drives.

    SUNDAY, FEB. 23

  • DUI -- A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:32 a.m. at Shirley and Doray drives.

  • MISCELLANEOUS DISTURBANCE -- At 11:44 a.m., a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon, and public intoxication, and was booked into County Jail after four callers reported that he threw a bottle of liquor through the window of a business in the 600 block of Contra Costa Boulevard and also broke a car window.

  • THEFT -- At 6:15, a caller reported that a man was stealing a bicycle in the 2300 block of Monument Boulevard.

    MONDAY, FEB. 24

  • THEFT -- A bicycle was reported stolen from the 2200 block of Lisa Lane at 10:08 a.m.

    TUESDAY, FEB. 25

  • DUI -- A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in the 2600 block of Contra Costa Boulevard at 2:09 a.m.

  • BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- Theft from vehicles inside a garage in the 200 block of Twinbridge Circle was reported at 6:38 a.m.

  • THEFT -- Theft of three packages from the front porch of a residence in the 800 block of Ryan Place was reported at 10:50 a.m.

  • THEFT -- A bike was reported stolen from a school in the 200 block of Viking Drive at 3:06 p.m.

  • BURGLARY AUTO -- A vehicle in the 200 block of Coggins Drive was reported burglarized at 4:58 p.m.

  • THEFT -- At 5:33 p.m., a moving dolly was reported stolen from a business in the 200 block of Golf Club Road.

  • MALICIOUS MISCHIEF -- Vandalism to a vehicle in the 100 block of Crescent Plaza was reported at 6:13 p.m.

  • BURGLARY RESIDENCE -- At 7:12 p.m., a caller reported that a residence in the 1900 block of Lucille Lane was burglarized.
