Mother Goose Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays through April 15. There will be stories and songs, followed by a simple craft time. Best for ages 6 months-3 years old.
Knit and Crochet Six-Week Spring Classes: 6-7:30 p.m. Mondays, March 24, 31; and Tuesdays, April 1, 8, 15, 22. Kids, teens and adults can register for the classes sponsored by the Helping Hands Foundation of the National Needle Arts Association. They are geared toward young people 18 and under. Adults are welcome, but supplied materials may be limited. Registration is free, but required.

Afternoon Story Time: 1:15-1:45 p.m. Fridays. There will be songs, movement and simple stories to introduce children ages 0-5 to literacy.
Common Core Night 2: 6:30-8 p.m. March 25. Adults are invited to find out what Common Core really looks like in the classroom for grades 6-12, and get answers from educators. The presentation by the Pleasant Hill Education Commission and will feature live demonstrations by teachers in four subject areas.
Afternoon Book Discussion: 1-2:30 p.m. April 4. Adults can read with others at the library. Discussion this month is on "The Call of the Wild," by Jack London.
