Palm Springs Record

In March, several members of the Martinez Senior Center joined the Livermore Park and Recreation Department for a bus trip to Palm Springs. At the Aerial Tramway ride to 10,834 feet above the Coachella Valley floor, the group paused to catch up on the community news in the Pleasant Hill/Martinez Record and take in the spectacular view from Mount San Jacinto State Park. Visits also included the Shields Date Farm, Air Museum, Fabulous Palm Springs Follies and bus tour to see celebrity homes.

It doesn't matter if your time away is spent across the Bay or across the country -- remember to pack the Record to keep up with news of the community, and then show your neighbors where you have been.
