Thursday, Aug. 21 suspended license -- At 8:23 a.m. at Norse Drive and Tyr Court, an individual was cited on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. arrest -- In the 1900 block of Oak Park Boulevard, a woman was arrested at 1:31 p.m. on suspicion of prostitution. theft -- A caller from the 100 block of Hazel Drive reported theft of a package at 3:29 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 22 accident -- At 8:44 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Road and Lucinda Lane, a vehicle accident was reported, with major damage reported to two vehicles. burglary business -- At 11:01 a.m., a shed was reported broken into during the night at a business in the 700 block of Ellinwood Way. theft -- Theft of merchandise was reported at a business in the 500 block of Contra Costa Boulevard at 2:27 p.m. suspended license -- An individual was cited at 4:03 p.m. at Alhambra Avenue and Paso Nogal Road on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. theft -- In the 100 block of Doray Drive at 5:29 p.m., a woman was arrested on suspicion of theft after being seen taking mail from a mailbox. She was confronted and the mail was retrieved. The woman was booked into County Jail. theft -- At 8:25 p.m., a caller reported that a hat and sunglasses were taken from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 1500 block of Ruth Drive.
Saturday, Aug. 23 suspended license -- Three motorists were cited on suspicion of driving with suspended licensees, including at 12:57 a.m. in the 2300 block of Monument Boulevard, at 2:14 a.m. in the 1800 block of Contra Costa Boulevard, and at 10:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Contra Costa Boulevard. burglary auto -- At 6:23 a.m., a caller from the 10 block of Jib Court reported that a work truck was broken into during the night and $50,000 work of equipment was stolen. theft -- A bicycle was reported stolen from Contra Costa Boulevard and Chilpancingo Parkway at 7:28 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 24 DUI -- In the 100 block of Ellinwood Drive at 2:01 a.m., an individual was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and booked into County Jail. suspended license -- At 2:22 a.m., an individual was cited in the 1400 block of Contra Costa Boulevard on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. burglary residential -- A caller from the 100 block of Cleaveland Road reported at 9:38 a.m. that a neighbor's residence was burglarized.
Monday, Aug. 25 burglary auto -- At 6:48 a.m., a vehicle in the 300 block of Scottsdale Road was reported burglarized during the night. burglary business -- A business in the 600 block of Contra Costa Boulevard reported at 9:37 a.m. that a burglary occurred during the weekend and a laptop was stolen. animal cruelty -- A caller from the 1600 block of Mary Drive reported at 10:05 a.m. that a cat was shot multiple times with a BB gun. suspended license -- At 12:14 p.m., an individual was cited at Contra Costa Boulevard and Sunvalley Boulevard on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. burglary residential -- A residence in the 500 block of Maureen Lane was reported burglarized at 6:57 p.m. and a laptop stolen. theft -- At 8:14 p.m., a laptop was reported stolen from a residence in the 20 block of Carte Place.
Tuesday, Aug. 26 burglary auto -- A caller from the 200 block of Western Hills Drive reported at 7:31 a.m. that a vehicle window was smashed and a work van burglarized. burglary business -- At 8:30 a.m., a caller from the 200 block of Boyd Road reported that a laptop was stolen during the weekend. suspended license -- An individual was cited at 8:43 a.m. in the 200 block of Viking Drive on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
Wednesday, Aug. 27 theft -- Merchandise was reported stolen from a business in the 1900 block of Contra Costa Boulevard at 9:59 a.m. theft -- At 10:59 a.m. in the 100 block of Cleaveland Road, a caller reported the theft of a rear license plate. theft -- The window of a vehicle in the 600 block of Contra Costa Boulevard was reported broken at 6:13 p.m. accidents -- Two vehicle accidents were reported, including at 8:02 p.m. at Cleaveland Road and Gregory Lane which involved a pedestrian; and at 9:54 p.m. in the 200 block of Viking Drive which involved a bicyclist.
