AAA Division Playoffs
Yankees 5, A's 3: The Yankees took an early lead with singles by Cole Arnold and J.J. Knight, and a two-run double by Nick Hermann. In the third inning, Knight and Blaze Hill added RBI singles. On the mound, Cole Arnold recorded four strikeouts and Tyler Morano retired the side in order, and also struck out two batters. For the A's, Jack Volponi started a rally with a leadoff single and scored on a line drive single by James Duperly. Aidan Edwards added a double and Jake Mina added a base hit. Defensively, Nathan Jones made a diving catch at third base.
Yankees 13, Red Sox 12: For the Yankees, Tyler Morano pitched a three-up, three-down first inning and Amelio Garcia hit a two-run single in the bottom half of the inning. Cole Gareb also drove in two runs with a base hit. J.J. Knight pitched the third inning and scored a run. For the Red Sox, Jared Rittenmeyer led the offense while pitcher Ethan Voelker kept the game close. Mike Bryson caught a tough fly ball for a key out.
Indians vs. Dodgers: For the Indians, Justin Matchett, Alexj Okronglis and Andrew James were top players. For the Dodgers, Isabella Moen, T.C. Hill and Tyler DeLisle were top players.
Pleasanton Foothill Little League
Angels 10, Rangers 0: Angels pitcher Trevor Doster hurled a
Angels 4, Giants 3: Angels pitchers Mitchell Lawrence and A.J. Warford combined for a one-hitter with two walks and 13 strikeouts. Owen Camp, Mitchell Lawrence and Warford banged out two hits each, and Trevor Doster added one.
The Giants capitalized on several defensive errors and held the lead for most of the game. In the sixth inning the Angels mounted a rally with hits by Mitchell Lawrence, Warford and Camp. Lawrence scored the tying run and Warford scored the go-ahead to secure the comeback victory.
A's vs. Orioles: For the A's, Rohan Sethni and Tyler Cheng led the offense while Ethan Reeves pitched well. For the Orioles, Khaleb Williams led the offense while catcher Jackson Deaver, first baseman Suvir Kheny and pitcher Andrew Weckwerth made big plays on defense.

12B Traveling Division
The Pleasanton Phantom opened the summer season with a first-place finish at the Memorial Weekend Kickoff Tournament in Livermore. On the first day of the tournament, the Phantom won all three of their games. They scored 45 runs and allowed just five. In the second day, the Phantom defeated the Castro Valley Synergy 6-4, Santa Rosa Hackers 4-0 and Los Gatos-Saratoga Magic 4-1 in the championship. Top players for the Phantom were Jenna O'Neal, Jessica O'Neal, Danielle Williams and Shebly Cabral. The team is coached by Mike Williams, Jenny Williams and KristenHo-Tseung.
Fuji Sushi Boat and Buffet 6, De Los Angeles Tax Service 2: For Fuji Sushi Boat and Buffet, Dharini Clare pitched five stellar innings and allowed one run. Leah Botelho played great defense while Zoe Chapman added a clutch two-out hit. For De Los Angeles Tax Service, Madison Hill pitched several strong innings and was backed up with solid defense from shortstop Shannon Easley and catcher Melanie Herbert.
Minor Black Division
Blue Line 16, Hopyard Ale House 8: For Blue Line, Jessica Shockley hit a two-run double and Terra McHone added an RBI single. Kaitlyn Jones, Shockley and McHone each scored three runs, including three RBIs by McHone. Natalie Tarantino and Corey Bryan drove in two runs apiece, while Lilly Ryan, Nicole Thornton, Kate Inman and Jones each had one RBI. Brooke Promes drove in two runs for Hopyard Ale House, which saw Hope Alley and Aliya Lubrin score two runs apiece.
Barry Winston OD 7, All Star Sports 4: For All Star Sports, Lauren Melvin hit a single and scored the first run. Claire Larsen pitched well in the final two innings. Hannah Schott scored a run and had strong performance at the plate. For Barry Winston OD, Libby Schlag scored two runs and Allison DeFazio reached base twice and scored a run. Olivia McGee pitched well.
Blue Line 12, All Star Sports 6: Sidney West had a strong outing on the mound for All Star Sports. Hannah Haynie had two singles and Halle Uhl scored a run. For Blue Line, Jessica Shockley reached base four times and scored twice. Terra McHone scored two runs and Natalie Tarantino scored three.

For All-Star Sports, Harper Cook played fantastic defense at shortstop and Hannah Haynie scored two runs. Lauren Melvin added a base hit.
Minor Teal Division
San Jose Boiler Works Inc. 10, Uncle Credit Union 9: San Jose Boiler Works Inc. won with a team effort, as nearly player scored a run. Defensively, catcher Johanna Abello and first baseman Angelina Padua made Uncle Credit Union work for their runs. For Uncle Credit Union, Isabel Fernandes led the offense with a double and two runs. Kirsten Sigua pitched well and Sabrina Heinitz made a two difficult catches.
Mini Teal Division
Machi Construction 7, Securities America 6: Securities America was hot at the plate, with Isabella Restani and Julia Thomas contributing three hits each. Kealy Morrisey added an RBI single and also played solid defense as catcher. Pitcher Isabella Restani struck out several batters. For Machi Construction, Amelia Kelly and McKenna Harris (2 1B, R, RBI) led the offense with two singles apiece. Kelly also played solid defense and backed up pitcher Alex Wampler, who recorded two strike outs.
Accurate Impressions 12, GFI Stainless 4: For Accurate Impressions, Camille Culak (HR, R, RBI) led the offense, while Kim Ebbers and Zoe Chidambaram played excellent defense. For GFI Stainless, Katie Jones (1B, RBI) and Sarah Banholzer led the offense. Darina Wolfe made a nice catch and struck out a batter.
Images by Lori 4, TG Information Systems 1: For TG Information Systems, Viviana Valle led the defense and also added a single. Kyra Thordsen also played strong defense and contributed two singles. Samantha Chan pitched two solid innings and struck out the side in the fourth inning. For Images by Lori, Marin Tollefsen had two base hits and drove in two runs. Pitcher Juniper Huneke went the distance and struck out five batters. Hanna Swain played great defense at second base and made two consecutive outs.
Securities America 2, GFI Stainless 0: For GFI Stainless, pitcher Lauren Sowers struck out the side in the third inning, while Sarah Banholzer backed her up with solid defense. Anna Baalman came up with clutch plays at the plate and in the field. For Securities America, Emma Crabb played wonderful defense and broke the shutout with an RBI single. Kealy Morrissey displayed solid hitting and played nice defense. Isabella Restani showed off her competitive spirit and earned an MVP nod.
Mini White Division
West Maui Condo Rentals vs. Array Power: Array Power got some strong pitching from Aoife Stapleton and Bailey Baldwin. Carley Chabrier completed the battery with fine catching. For West Maui Condo Rentals, Emilia Withrow, Katelyn Martin and Haley Rubin contributed hits.
Alta Sales Group vs. Delores Gragg — Keller Williams Realty: For Alta Sales Group, Maya Bhaskaran pitched well and also drove in three runs at the plate. Catcher Jaiden Reilly was excellent behind the plate and Rebecca Stumbo pitched well. For Delores Gragg-Keller Williams Realty, Kayli Shimanuki made her debut at pitcher and struck out one batter. Nina Balestereri made several great plays at first base and Divya Kilari hit well and played good defense.
Micro White Division
Pleasanton Police Officers Association vs. Land Home Financial: For Pleasanton Police Officers Association, Logan Wampler and Sidney Lee led the offense. Evelyn McLaughlin and Jillian Barth both pitched well. For Land Home Financial, pitcher Savannah Montini was solid on the mound and was backed up by strong defense by Makenze Mapes at shortstop.
Pleasanton Police Officers Association vs. Valley Plumbing: For Pleasanton Police Officers Association, Lila Herdman and Evelyn McLaughlin led the offense. Jillian Barth, Logan Wampler and Laura Nussbaum combined for a fine pitching performance. For Valley Plumbing, Sophia Escobar, Noelle Woodward and Chloe Yeagly were top players.
Pleasanton Police Officers Association vs. ENT of San Ramon: For Pleasanton Police Officers Association, Jillian Barth, Sidney Lee and Logan Wampler led the offense. Natalie Fan, Elizabeth Fan and Elizabeth Fineberg also had key hits. Top players for ENT of San Ramon were Suhani Dhar, Jenna Garcia and Olivia Marquez.
