ARREST -- 9:59 p.m. A suspect was arrested for spousal abuse and driving under the influence of alcohol, Hacienda Drive off Interstate 580.

VANDALISM -- 12:51 a.m. A suspect was arrested for vandalism, Dougherty Road and Dublin Boulevard.

PROSTITUTION -- 1:15 a.m. A suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct/prostitution, 2600 block of Constitution Drive.
ARREST -- 9:05 a.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, loitering on private property, resisting a peace officer and providing a false ID to a peace officer, Ridgecrest Way and Portola Avenue.
DRUGS -- 11:17 p.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 300 block of North L Street.
ARREST -- 11:22 p.m. A suspect was arrested for providing a false ID to a peace officer and on a bench warrant, behind the 300 block of North L Street.
DUI -- 11:42 p.m. An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol, 3000 block of Pacific Avenue.
ARREST -- 11:52 p.m. A suspect was arrested for use/possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, 900 block of Bluebelle Drive.
FRIDAY, OCT. 12
DUI -- 1:57 a.m. The first of four separate arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was at Madeira Way and School Street. Others were at 2:08 a.m. at East Avenue and Auburn Street, 3:47 p.m. at Jensen Street and Leahy Way and 11:36 p.m., 1900 block of First Street.
STOLEN VEHICLE -- 11:57 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen, 900 block of East Stanley Boulevard.
DRUGS -- 12:19 a.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 2000 block of Walnut Street.
ARREST -- 5:27 p.m. An arrest was made for sale/manufacture of metal knuckles, Walnut Street and P Street.
SATURDAY, OCT. 13
DUI -- 12:11 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was in the 1500 block of First Street. The second was at 1:56 a.m., 1800 block of First Street.
DRUGS -- 1:01 a.m. An arrest was made for use and possession of a controlled substance, and possession drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of drugs, 1000 block of East Stanley Boulevard.
DRUGS -- 1:16 a.m. A suspect was arrest for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, 900 block of Bluebelle Drive.
ARREST -- 1:40 a.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance for sale and on two outstanding warrants, 900 block of Bluebelle Drive.
SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 4:12 a.m. Police made an arrest for spousal abuse at Alden Land and Holmes Street.
STOLEN VEHICLE -- 4:52 a.m. The first of two reports of a stolen vehicle was in the 800 block of Las Flores road. The second was at 5:58 a.m., 7600 block of Southfront Road.
SUNDAY, OCT. 14
ARREST -- 1:49 a.m. A suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting and public intoxication, First Street and south J Street.
DUI -- 2:01 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was at First Street and McLeod Street. The second was at 9:02 p.m., 3000 block of Chateau Way.
BATTERY -- 6:09 p.m. arrest battery with severe bodily injury, 100 block of McLeod Street.
DRUGS -- 10:26 p.m. use and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, First Street at Las Positas Road.
MONDAY, OCT. 15
MARIJUANA -- 2:39 a.m. An arrest was made for possession of marijuana, North L Street and Pine Street.
ARREST -- 10:49 a.m. A suspect was arrested on a warrant, a probation violation and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, Hollyhock Street and Peony Drive.
ARREST -- 11:55 a.m. A suspect was arrested on a warrant, for with a suspended license and providing a false ID to a peace officer, Aaron Street and Holmes Street,
ARREST -- 1:49 p.m. An arrest was made for planting, cultivating and selling hashish, willful cruelty to a child and possession of a firearm, 5200 block of Norma Way.
TUESDAY, OCT. 16
ARRESTS -- 12:29 a.m. Two suspects were arrested at Spruce Street and Rincon Avenue. One for an outstanding warrant and the other for possession unlawful paraphernalia.
ARRESTS -- 1:20 a.m. There were three arrests at 1500 Pine Street: first for petty theft, second for possession of a controlled substance and third for use of a controlled substance and a parole violation.
STOLEN VEHICLES -- 9:13 a.m. The first of two reports of a stolen vehicle was in the 6000 block of Fieldstone Drive. The second was at 9:42 a.m., 1000 block of Nielsen Lane.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 17
BATTERY -- 11:03 a.m. The first of three reports of battery was in the 2900 block of Paragon Outlets Drive. Others were at 1:51 p.m. in the 600 block of Maple Street and at 8:36 p.m., 800 block of Las Flores Road.

BURGLARY -- 3:17 p.m. A suspect was arrested for burglary/shoplifting, 1100 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.
ROBBERY -- 7:32 p.m. An arrest was made for attempted robbery after the victim overpowered the robber at the ATM window of Chase Bank, 5800 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.
FRIDAY, OCT. 12
DUI -- 7:54 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was in the 1100 block of Kolln Avenue. The second was at 6 p.m., 5500 block of Johnson Drive.
GRAND THEFT -- 8:21 p.m. An arrest was made for grand theft, 6400 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.
BATTERY -- 11:46 p.m. A battery suspect was arrested, 5300 block of Hopyard Road.

DUI -- 4:20 a.m. An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol, 6700 block of Andrews Drive.

DUI -- 2:35 a.m. The first of two separate arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol was at Bernal Avenue and Kottinger Drive. The second was at 4:16 a.m. 1800 block of Valley Avenue.
DRUGS -- 10:54 p.m. A suspect was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, Dublin Canyon road and Laurel Creek Drive.
MONDAY, OCT. 15
DRUGS -- 2:31 a.m. Two suspects were arrested use and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and on an outstanding warrant, 5300 block of Hopyard Road.
DRUGS -- 8:56 a.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation, 2000 block of Santa Rita Road.
ARREST -- 9:20 a.m. An arrest was made for driving with a suspended license and for an outstanding warrant, 5100 block of Hopyard Road.
TUESDAY, OCT. 16
BURGLARY-AUTO -- 12:01 p.m. Property was reported stolen from a locked vehicle, 3600 block of Carson Court.
DRUGS -- 12:33 p.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Stoneridge Drive and Springdale Avenue. At 12:47 p.m., another arrest was made at the same address for use of a controlled substance.
BATTERY -- 8:54 p.m. An assault and battery was reported, 5600 block of Owens Drive.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 17
BURGLARY-AUTO -- 9:40 a.m. The first of two reports of property stolen from a locked vehicle was in the 3100 block of half Dome Drive. The second was at 5 p.m., 4700 block of Willow Road.
BURGLARY -- 11:05 a.m. The first of two reports of a residential burglary was in the 3600 block of Andrews Drive. The second was at 11:09 a.m., 100 block of Birch Creek Terrace.
BATTERY -- 7:29 p.m. A domestic battery was reported, 6800 block of Santa Rita Road.
DUI -- 8:57 p.m. An arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol, 6100 block of West Las Positas Boulevard.
SHOPLIFTERS FOILED -- 9:10 p.m. Three attempted shoplifters reportedly dropped $417 worth of merchandise and escaped after a Wal-Mart security guard showered them with pepper spray.
