Occupation: President of the Richmond/Contra Costa Chapter of Black Women Organized for Political Action
Professional background/occupation/elected history: Worked for the Neighborhood House of North Richmond for eight years providing Senior Case Management services to at-risk families and mothers with young children in Richmond. Served as chair of Richmond's Human Relations and Human Rights Commission until she termed out last year.
Personal background: Married with two sons, two daughters
Education: BA in Human Relations from New College San Francisco.
Don Gosney
Age: 58
Occupation: Retired steamfitter
Professional background/occupation/elected history: Former president of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 342. Worked on Contra Costa County's Unannounced Inspection Team to check on
Personal background: Born and raised in Richmond. Single.
Education: John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond.
