The Raiders will make their first trip to London next season when they host the Miami Dolphins as part of the NFL International Series.
An unprecedented six teams will play a regular-season game in London next season, including the Jaguars hosting the Cowboys and the Falcons hosting the Lions. All three games will be played at London's Wembley Stadium.
The dates and times of the games will be announced at a later date.
The Jaguars are playing four games over four seasons in London starting Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
It will be the first trip to London for Dallas, Detroit and Atlanta, as well as the Raiders, next season, when the NFL increases the number of overseas games from this season's two.
Miami will make its second visit to London for a regular-season game after hosting the New York Giants in the inaugural International Series contest in 2007.
"Our fans in the UK continue to demonstrate their passion for more football," said NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. "The growing enthusiasm for the NFL internationally is exciting and we look forward to continuing to respond to this interest in our game."
