ALAMEDA -- Former De La Salle High standout T.J. Carrie was drafted by the Raiders on Saturday with the first of three seventh round picks, No. 219 overall.

Carrie, who played at Ohio, was a first-team All-Mid American Conference selection as a punt returner and first team as a defensive back.

The Antioch native led Ohio with four interceptions as a cornerback and has had injury issues, missing the 2012 season on a medical red shirt with a fractured shoulder and missing the 2009 season with a hip injury.

The Raiders have two more picks scheduled in the seventh round, No. 235, acquired in the deal that sent Carson Palmer to Arizona, and No. 247, which came from Seattle in exchange for Terrelle Pryor.
