The Bishop Ranch complex in San Ramon has landed two high-profile tenants, Kraft Foods and Samsung, with leases that will bring new employees to the office center.
Kraft Foods shifted two regional sales offices to Bishop Ranch 8, leasing 24,000 square feet. That deal was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
Samsung leased 8,000 square feet at the Bishop Ranch 3 office building.
Bishop Ranch has landed a number of high-profile tenants over the last year. General Electric, PG&E, Bank of the West, Robert Half and Five9 have moved large operations into the bustling business park.
"It's very clear that in addition to a long and diverse roster of tenants, Bishop Ranch has a concentrated base of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies," said Ed Hagopian, executive vice president with Sunset Development, principal owner of Bishop Ranch.
