EL SOBRANTE — The Rotary Club of El Sobrante is now accepting applications from professional and volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians ages 25 to 40 for a four-week exchange experience in to go to Monterrey, Mexico, in the spring. The Rotary sponsored program is fully funded by the Rotary International Foundation, and applications must be submitted by Friday.
