Cuba Gooding Jr. is a wanted man. New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for the actor for allegedly shoving a female bartender early Tuesday morning, according to TMZ.
Authorities said they issued a misdemeanor battery warrant after receiving a complaint around 2 a.m. that Gooding got physical at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street.
A witness at the bar told TMZ the "Jerry Maguire" actor became upset with some patrons who recognized him and had been taking pictures.
Gooding allegedly cussed at the people, prompting a female bartender to ask the actor to leave.
That's allegedly when Gooding shoved the bartender against a wall.
That's incredible. I mean, how unbelievable is that ... people actually still recognize Cuba Gooding in public?
Someone called 911 and Gooding eventually left. Now police are looking for him.
Gooding is in New Orleans to film "The Butler" with Oprah Winfrey.
