The clock is ticking down for this season of "Top Chef: Seattle" as the final four go head-to-head in a battle royal - or at least kingly, as in king crab and salmon. With just two episodes remaining San Francisco's Lizzie Binder, the South Africa-born former executive chef at Bar Bambino, is still in the running, along with Brooke Williamson from Los Angeles' Hudson House; the mustachioed Josh Valentine, a pork expert from Dallas' FT 33; and Sheldon Simeon from Star Noodle in Lahaina, Hawaii. In tonight's episode, the quartet face off amid piles of seafood in Juneau, Alaska.

Next week will find the remaining chefs in exceedingly icy terrain with what's being called a "glacial Quickfire" - we're not sure if that means they'll be cooking atop a glacier or attempting to grill ice. But the finale of "Top Chef: Seattle" brings the final cheftestants to warmer climes: Los Angeles on Feb. 20.
