Austin Hall, of Danville, was drafted as a pitcher by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 33rd round and is now pitching for the Brewers in the Arizona Rookie League. He was drafted at the end of his senior year at Brigham Young University, where he played mostly infield positions during his career.

Hall achieved Academic All Conference in each of his four years, and honorable mention All-West Coast Conference in 2012. A career .302 hitter, as a co-captain in 2012, he led the Cougars with 13 doubles and was 8-for-9 in stolen bases.

Hall is the son of Julie and Kraig Hall of Danville. He graduated from San Ramon Valley High School in 2006.
