San Jose -- San Jose State's men's basketball team made it in four wins in a row with an 87-59 win over Pacifica College on Saturday at The Event Center.

The win boosted the Spartans (6-6) to the .500 mark for the first time this season heading into their Mountain West Conference debut on Wednesday against Nevada and gave San Jose State its first four-game winning streak since the 2011 season.

Rashad Muhammad, the team's leading scorer led the Spartans in scoring with 19 points. Forward Jaleel Williams posted his first career double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Pacifica's Jonathan Earl was the game's leading scorer with 26 points. The loss for the Gladiators (3-14) was their fifth in a row.
