San Jose State will open the Mountain West football season this fall with two home games, according to the schedule released by the conference Thursday.
The Spartans begin conference play against Nevada on Sept. 27 and UNLV on Oct. 4. The season caps with a Nov. 22 game at defending conference champion Utah State and a Nov. 29 game at San Diego State.
Other conference games are at Wyoming on Oct. 18; against Colorado State on Nov. 1; at Fresno State on Nov. 8; and against Hawaii on Nov. 15.
The season begins with three nonconference games -- against North Dakota on Aug. 30, at BCS runner-up Auburn on Sept. 6 and at Minnesota on Sept. 20. The Spartans' other nonconference game is at Navy on Oct. 25.
Dates are subject to change.
Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch saw his driving under the influence trial come to an end Thursday when he pleaded guilty a lesser charge of reckless driving.
Lynch was fined $1,030 and also placed on two years court probation. Lynch, who attended Cal, was arrested in July 2012.
