Which destinations do the ultra-rich favor for their "leisure enclaves"? Topping the list is France's Côte d'Azur, where a typical five-bedroom second home runs $28.5 million, according to a new Savills World Research report that also factored in luxury tourism and exclusivity. Only one U.S. region makes the top 10; the Monterey Peninsula comes in at 11.
