Chris Brown could end up owing the Secret Service, big time.
No, I don't think they're willing to take a bullet for Chris Brown.
However, TMZ reports, law enforcement documents indicate that a witness to the Sunday morning fight between Brown and another man has come forward with information that helps Brown. A Secret Service agent, who was on duty patrolling the streets near the White House, contacted police and said he heard the alleged victim tell a Washington, D.C., cop that Brown didn't hit him outside a nightclub. TMZ said the cop in question denied speaking to Mr. Alleged Victim.
Da Da DAAAAA.
When this goes back to court, the agent's testimony could really mess up the alleged victim's credibility, thereby causing prosecutors to drop their misdemeanor assault case and allow Brown to continue roaming the streets, terrifying drunken club patrons in his path.
More importantly, it could save Brown from doing up to four years in jail for a violation of the probation he's still on, as a result of his 2009 assault of Rihanna.
