Michael Jackson fans are sending death threats to Conrad Murray's lawyer.

And in more startling news, the sun came up in the east this morning.

The FBI is investigating threats sent to Valerie Wass, who jawed with fans outside the jail on Oct. 28 -- the night Murray was released, after serving two years of his original four-year sentence for manslaughter.

Law enforcement sources reportedly told TMZ that Wass has been receiving various threats from Jackson fans, including:

"One blow to the head is all you need."

"If you think MJ fans are insignificant ... you are dead wrong, DEAD wrong"

"Better get that hair brushed and be ready because MJ fans will be everywhere setting yours and Murray's lies straight."

TMZ points out why Wass in being targeted. First off, they don't know where to find Murray. Second, they are reacting to video of a screaming nut job yelling that Murray was a murderer and Wass firing back, "If you were not so ignorant, you would know he was not convicted of murder."
