If Simon Cowell goes near his baby mama's 7-year-old son, she has to pay her ex-husband a $50,000 penalty, according to TMZ.

Lauren Silverman has signed a divorce settlement with Andrew Silverman that shows Cowell -- the father of her unborn child -- and Silverman aren't exactly buddies. The agreement stipulates that if Cowell breaks the clause just three times, Lauren Silverman loses all contact with her son Adam until the court can deal with the matter.

Sounds like someone has some jealous issues.

The clause only lasts until January 2015. But there's also a clause saying the boy can't refer to Cowell, or anyone other than his birth parents, as "father" or "mother."

The agreement also stipulates that Andrew Silverman can't verbally trash Cowell in front of Adam. which actually isn't so unusual. Andrew must pay $3,000 per month in child support. There was also a change in the divorce papers regarding the reason for the breakup. "Adultery" has been replaced by "broken down irretrievably." Because that matters, even though millions of people know better, thanks to TMZ.
