WATCH THIS "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" (9 a.m., NBC): Yes, something will be more bloated than our bellies today -- the massive balloons in the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade." They usually don't cause acid reflux, though. "The National Dog Show" (Noon, NBC): For some, "The National Dog Show" is as much of a Thanksgiving tradition as the parades and football. Just don't tell that to cat lovers. "Sport in America: Our Defining Stories" (6 p.m., HBO): This compelling documentary explores the cultural impact of landmark athletic events. Included: The 1972 Summer Olympics and the first post-Hurricane Katrina football game at the Superdome in New Orleans.
"Lady Gaga & the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular" (9:30 p.m., ABC): The pop superstar joins Kermit, Miss Piggy and the rest of the gang for some post-turkey dinner fun. She'll belt out songs from her new album and perform duets with Elton John, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and RuPaul.
