Napa-based Duckhorn Wine is suing Trinchero Family Estates over the latter's new Duck Commander brand of wines designed for the Robertsons of "Duck Dynasty" TV fame, alleging that the name and motif infringe on the Duckhorn trademark. We're pretty sure the still-duck-in-pond-on-beige linen won't be mistaken for the Duck Commander's logo, which is reminiscent of Rambo wine, with a hawklike duck descending on its military camo label. But if you're confused, just look at the price tags. Duckhorn's flagship merlot retails for $54, while Duck Commander's Triple Threat Red Blend fetches $9.99 at Walmart (which is also named as a defendant in the suit).
