Police found marijuana in the Escalade they seized at Justin Bieber's house Tuesday, according to TMZ.
This just in: Justin Bieber smokes pot. And in more surprising news, the sun came up in the east this morning.
Police took the vehicle Tuesday after arresting one of Bieber's bodyguards and a driver for allegedly stealing the camera of a photographer outside an amusement park where Bieber was ... I don't know, doing shirtless bong rips on the Tilt-a-Whirl or something. Police followed the men to Bieber's newly-rented home outside Atlanta, and recovered the camera.
Apparently, that's not all they found.
According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- after the vehicle was towed to police headquarters, officers found less than an ounce of pot and two large glass smoking pipes with weed residue.
Maybe Justin Bieber has glaucoma,
Law enforcement sources told the website there wasn't enough marijuana to charge anyone with a crime.
And in other exciting news of Canadian pop stars who come to America to burden its legal system, video has emerged of Bieber stumbling around during a sobriety test at a South Florida police station after his January arrest.
According to the Associated Press, Miami-Dade County prosecutors released about 10 hours of video Wednesday, only a few moments of which depicted Bieber. In one clip, Bieber wavers while attempting to walk heel to toe, then stumbles slightly as he turns and appears to have his arms out for balance.
It was probably that glaucoma again.
The video was sought by the Associated Press and other media organizations under Florida's public records law. Attorneys for the 19-year-old singer persuaded a judge to withhold four clips depicting Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test.
Did they test him for glaucoma?
Bieber has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and invalid-license charges following his Jan. 23 arrest.
