Michael Jackson's ex-wife and the mother of two of his children is getting married.

Right ... for real, this time.

Debbie Rowe will marry longtime friend Marc Schaffel. Initially, she declined to accept his proposal or engagement ring.

Rowe told TMZ she changed her mind after discovering she doesn't have terminal cancer. She said doctors told her Wednesday she actually has sarcoidosis, which is an autoimmune disease that isn't cancer, nor is it life-threatening.

"He loves me, knows my kids, loves my kids and we'll see where this goes," Rowe said, adding that they haven't set a date.
