No Oil Fish Sauce

Note: Serve this condiment with grilled chicken, beef or pork.

1 1/4 cup fish sauce

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup white vinegar

3/4 cup water

2 Thai chilies, cut thinly into rings

1. In a small pot, bring fish sauce to a boil. Add the sugar, vinegar and water; stir until dissolved.

2. Cool completely, then add the sliced chilies.
