Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was rambling about her "Mafia connections" when she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold earlier this month, according to TMZ.

On May 1, a man at Brooke Mueller's home reportedly called 911 and said she assaulted him. Police arrived and found Mueller rambling about her supposed connections to the Mafia. Sources reportedly told TMZ she said she'd been in constant contact with the FBI for months about ex-husband Charlie Sheen, saying she was giving them info that would "bring him down."

Right. Because Charlie Sheen could possibly be brought lower than he already has?

TMZ quoted sources who said police believed Brooke was under the influence and likely had not slept for several days.

That's a Mafia thing. They don't sleep.

The problem was that Mueller is the mother of Sheen's 4-year-old twins, who were in the house at the time.

Police reportedly called the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services which -- funny enough -- already had an open case with Mueller.

Officials placed Mueller on a three-day psychiatric hold (also known as a 5150). She was taken to the UCLA Medical Center for observation, which was the same place Britney Spears went when she was placed on a psychiatric hold.

That's probably a fun place to work.

Sources told TMZ that Adderall was the drug that triggered Mueller's episode, which is the same drug Lindsay Lohan says she can't live without in rehab.

Mueller's reps told TMZ they had no comment on the report.

LINDSAY LOHAN WANTS OUT: Lindsay Lohan wants out of rehab.

Well, yeah. They totally won't let her take drugs.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old is "hellbent on making her escape" from the Betty Ford Center, after the meaniepants doctors there decided she doesn't need Adderall and cut her off. Lohan says she needs the drug for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, but doctors at the center evaluated her and believe there are plenty of substitute medications for ADHD that are less addictive than Adderall.

Meanies.

Betty Ford also reportedly doesn't prescribe Adderall to people older than 15, because some people use it to lose weight.

TMZ said Lohan has told friends she wants to go to another facility that will let her take Adderall.

Right. Maybe she can find one that has a happy hour as well.

The only problem is that prosecutors are "unbending," according to TMZ, and won't approve any move.

A source reportedly told TMZ, "She had 45 days to find a suitable place. She didn't listen to her people and just did what she wanted so it's her problem now. Not gonna happen."

BIG HEIST AFTER BIEBER SHOW: Justin Bieber fans forked over lots of money Sunday in at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. A few hours later, thieves made off with a pretty good chunk of it.

The New York Daily News reported it was a heist out of an action film. The suspects reportedly lowered themselves on ropes through a hole that was made by chiseling at a double-thick wall leading into the room where the money was kept.

Does anyone know where Tom Cruise was Sunday night?

The stadium was on lockdown Monday, while police investigated how the thieves escaped undetected. Authorities said the robbery was carefully planned and executed, probably an inside job that began several days before. Reports say fake security guard certifications to work at the stadium could be purchased easily for about $850.

"You could have very good people, and then the last 50 of 300 or 400 guards are simply just bodies," he said. "This is a concern that we continuously address," said the stadium's manager, Jacques Grobbelaar.

Investigators are reportedly focusing on stadium security prior to the show, as well as a Bon Jovi concert the venue recently hosted.

No word on exactly how much money was taken.

SELENA GOMEZ GOING TO BE A SISTER: Selena Gomez pretty much told the world her mom is pregnant.

Gomez confirmed -- actually she strongly implied -- on Sunday that her mother, Mandy Teefey, has a bun in the oven. Gomez posted a picture of her with her hand over her mother's stomach on Twitter, with the caption "Hope all the amazing moms had a great day! I have the best momma in the world :)) I love you so much!"

Maybe her mom just had gas or something.

Teefey, a 37-year-old former stage actress from Texas, and her husband Brian Teefey married when Gomez was 5. Teefey had a miscarriage in 2011. There was no word on how far along she is with her latest pregnancy. She had a noticeable baby bump in the picture.
