PLEASANTON -- A preview of development plans of renovations at Kottinger Place are the hot item on Tuesday's City Council agenda.

Members will get a refresher on plans for the senior apartment complex project and, if they like what they see, could approve to have the project head into the next phase of the process.

The next phase will initially begin the development project and get things underway to upgrade Kottinger Place.

The council will also discuss options for creating some sort of public committee or commission to promote peace-related programs in Pleasanton.

The City Council meeting will be held at 200 Old Bernal in Pleasanton in the council chamber. The meeting begins at 7 p.m.
