Others were at 11:15 a.m. for possession of paraphernalia in the 500 block of Meadowlark Street, 7:05 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Yosemite Drive, 8:56 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia at Hayes Street and Stanford Way and at 11:19 p.m. for use, 2500 block of Railroad Avenue.
