Lindsay Lohan didn't take the plea deal offered by prosecutors Wednesday, according to TMZ.
Either she's dumber than she looks, or someone has some really interesting photos of the D.A.
Prosecutors were supposedly offering no jail time for Lohan after she was charged with three misdemeanors -- including lying to police -- in connection with her car wreck last June on the Pacific Coast Highway while she was on probation. In return, they wanted her to go to a substance abuse treatment facility for 60 days.
Nope. Because she doesn't have a problem. Just ask her.
Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller didn't accept the deal, according to TMZ, even when the other side offered to cut her stay closer to 30 days. Nope, said Heller.
Ever seen helpless parents at the mercy of a completely unreasonable child?
Sources connected with Lohan told the website Heller is willing to accept a plea that involves counseling and possibly some sort of rehab, but Lohan won't have it because to her it sounds like "punishment for something I didn't do."
Right. The car wasn't hers. She wasn't driving. That alcohol police found next to the car wasn't hers. She wasn't on probation for stealing jewelry. She should've won an Oscar for "Liz & Dick."
Negotiations are supposedly ongoing. If nothing happens, everyone goes to trial March 18.
