DUBLIN -- The City Council and three advisory panels will meet together from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in a workshop to discuss a 10-year plan for the city's top priorities.

The public is invited to the half-day workshop at the Dublin library community room, 200 Civic Plaza.

The 10-year plan includes a large set of goals from managing the budget and revitalizing the downtown to protecting open space and developing a city brand.
